The first time I came across FPC, it was by complete accident from an eBay listing, which then led me to her Facebook page, and then her website & let me tell u it was the best accidental finding ever! First of all, Shannon is the absolute sweetest⌠always checking in with me and always answering any questions I have without making me feel like a bother. She even took the time to check in with me on her own throughout my hatching process.. so letâs get to the goods!
First she has without a doubt the best packaging I have ever received from shipping eggs. Each egg is placed in foam and double boxed. She included stickers and even a card explaining each breed. Each egg was absolutely beautiful on its own and labeled conveniently so thereâs no second-guessing on what youâre receiving. They were all clean too! I ordered a custom dozen and she sent extra which is ALWAYS appreciated. Upon my first initial candling, it looked like only 2 of the 14 were infertile but after my hatch I opened the others and 3/14 were the only ones not fertilized ..every other one had developed! 11 yall!! I ended up with a few quitters which happens (hard to see in the dark olive eggs) and have 8 babies to show for!! I say thatâs pretty incredible! I also want to mention that her prices are more than fair considering the love and care she puts into all the details and into her birds all while staying so humble and kind and always willing to answer any questions I had and sharing any tips to further make my hatch successful! She truly makes you feel like she wants to share her beautiful birds and the community sheâs built around Facebook makes you feel a sense of friendship within the chicken community!
