Introducing our "Who's Your Daddy Dozen" - a dozen of eggs from our free ranging Open Flock! These eggs come from our extra purebred and project hens and roosters p that freely roam our farm, resulting in a stunning array of colors and patterns in both the chickens' feathers and the eggs they lay. Trust us, some of our most beautiful chickens have hatched from these special eggs! Roosters that cover the girls are my purebred roosters from my breeding pens
What Makes These Eggs Unique?
Our Open Flock eggs are special because they come from a mixed flock of purebred birds. This means that the offspring will inherit a combination of traits from different breeds, resulting in a diverse and visually stunning group of chickens. I have seen some of the brightest blues, gorgeous shades of greens, and deepest speckled chocolate get laid from the off springs of these hatching eggs
Benefits of Mixed Breeds
Mixed-breed chickens, like those from our Open Flock dozen, have the advantage of hybrid vigor. This means they are often healthier and more resilient than purebred chickens, making them less prone to disease and other health issues. Additionally, mixed-breed chickens tend to be good layers, with a higher egg production than some purebred varieties!

In your package, you will find a dozen beautiful eggs in all shade of the color pallet. I will also include a couple bonus eggs :)

I am beyond happy with my entire experience thus far. I’ve ordered from 4 other small farms around the USA for hatching eggs and immediately from the moment “who’s your daddy” mix arrived I could see the love and care that goes into even just the packaging and shipping. Along with helpful information and pencil abbreviations to help identify the breeds. All the eggs were so dang clean too! As someone who cleans my chicken coop everyday to keep clean eggs and chickens. I can see the love and care that goes into every order! Thank you! Eggs always arrive in great condition. She has the best packing of shipping eggs I’ve ever seen and would gladly pay her prices any day to receive such well loved eggs. I have high hatch rates from the dozens I’ve bought and have some gorgeous layers from FPC.
