Introducing our "Who's Your Daddy Dozen" - a dozen of eggs from our free ranging Open Flock! These eggs come from our extra purebred and project hens and roosters that freely roam our farm, resulting in a stunning array of colors and patterns in both the chickens' feathers and the eggs they lay. Trust us, some of our most beautiful chickens have hatched from these special eggs! Roosters that cover the girls are my purebred roosters from my breeding pens

What Makes These Eggs Unique?

Our Open Flock eggs are special because they come from a mixed flock of purebred birds. This means that the offspring will inherit a combination of traits from different breeds, resulting in a diverse and visually stunning group of chickens. I have seen some of the brightest blues, gorgeous shades of greens, and deepest speckled chocolate get laid from the off springs of these hatching eggs

Benefits of Mixed Breeds

Mixed-breed chickens, like those from our Open Flock dozen, have the advantage of hybrid vigor. This means they are often healthier and more resilient than purebred chickens, making them less prone to disease and other health issues. Additionally, mixed-breed chickens tend to be good layers, with a higher egg production than some purebred varieties!

Beautiful WYD eggs

Eggs arrived perfectly packaged in pristine condition! Wonderful communication from the seller with e-mails letting me know the status of my order. Eggs are currently in the incubator and will be candled in five more days. Can't wait to see what hatches and the beautiful colors of Eggs I will get!

Great hatch!!

The fertility was amazing! 12 out of 14 eggs developed and had 9 amazing strong healthy chicks hatch. Highly recommend!!

Oh the colors

Beautiful variety of colors. All received intact on my birthday! I've received answers and help, from this wonderful company! I'm hoping for happy hatching. First time hatching for me. I've had 4 Ayam Cemani's a couple years back. Roweena, Yolanda, Betty and Leggs. I loved my girls. Due to family /home issues. I gifted them to the family that bought my place. I still get updates on them but miss them a lot. I'm excited to raise babies and give cuddles. Should see signs of hatching around the end of the first week in January and Ill update my post. with pictures. The temp has been 99-100, humidity has been challenging. I keep it covered all the time so they stay cozy :) wish me luck!

I was very happy with my hatch rate! I lost 4 because I was to quick to panic and help out of shell. 1 dead in shell and the rest hatched.

I would have had 19 out of 24 hatch so absolutely thrilled.
Beautiful healthy chicks . Extremely well packaged little treats too!
This is my first time ordering hatching eggs. I already ordered more
