Getting a box of hatching eggs from Freshly Picked Chicks is magical and always exciting! When we open it up there are stickers, a card and booster mix... and most importantly, you can tell that great care goes into getting these little eggs to you. This time we got Svart Hona hatching eggs and they made it through 3 days of travel safe and sound with no cracks and no scrambled air cells. Not only were the eggs in great shape, but they were also all consistently sized and their shape was perfect... you can tell that Shannon carefully selects the eggs to send. They are in the incubator right now and we are so excited! Thank you, Shannon, for sharing your amazing eggs and taking such special care to get them safely to us!

I really like the formatting in which the sheets for putting the blood samples on is laid out. It's professional and organized. Taking samples was explained well in her video. I appreciate Shannon's communication and letting you know when she receives samples and the results. She processes quickly and let you know the results in a timely manner.

Beautiful variety of colors. All received intact on my birthday! I've received answers and help, from this wonderful company! I'm hoping for happy hatching. First time hatching for me. I've had 4 Ayam Cemani's a couple years back. Roweena, Yolanda, Betty and Leggs. I loved my girls. Due to family /home issues. I gifted them to the family that bought my place. I still get updates on them but miss them a lot. I'm excited to raise babies and give cuddles. Should see signs of hatching around the end of the first week in January and Ill update my post. with pictures. The temp has been 99-100, humidity has been challenging. I keep it covered all the time so they stay cozy :) wish me luck!
