Shipping eggs is always a gamble. But these eggs were shipped beautifully. I ordered a dozen and she threw in two extras in. Im on day 7 of incubation and out of 14 eggs 10 are developing beautifully. Im a realist and know that i might lose a few more but i was so impressed by Freshly Picked Chicks that i ordered another dozen!

These are some of the best hatching eggs O have ever gotten. The colors are always gorgeous on the eggs and the chicks are always incredibly cute. I've ordered three different times and each time the eggs show up without any issues to the air sacs. The packaging is absolutely amazing! I've hatched two dozen in my incubator and have my third dozen split between two extremely broody girls!

The most gorgeous eggs! They all arrived in perfect condition, packaged very carefully with two extras included. This was my family’s first time incubating eggs, and it was the coolest experience. We had a good hatch rate, and adore our new chicks. I cant wait to order more. Thank you!

Shannon, the owner, went above and beyond for me! She did not treat me as someone who is putting money their pocket! She went above and beyond to help answer my many many questions! And even though I did a ton of research, hearing from someone who does it often and their opinions helped tremendously to learn and be more comfortable with the which ever method to hatch you decided on (because boy oh boy are their many different opinions on how to incubate!)
Shannon responded, even on the weekends, and helped guided me when I questioned what I was doing.
I am so thankful that I chose her to do this for the first time!
I have had chickens my whole life but never hatched any and now I don’t think I’d ever buy from somewhere again!
And I absolutely can’t wait to purchase more from her!

And incase you’re wondering, I purchased a dozen and a half but received 21 shipped chicks. (Mine took longer to get here but that was the shipping company, not shannon and I live quite a bits away from her) and 15 made it to lockdown with a few I questioned, but added anyway, and I ended with 10 healthy fluff butts and 4 still in just incase they are late bloomers! I’m tickled with my experience and the results I got on shipped eggs as a first timer!

We received 1 dz purebred rainbow eggs and 1/2 dz Ermine. They were packed immaculately! The marking on each egg along with the card showing all their breeds was amazing to identify each one. The information sheet that is also provided gives a vast amount of information if your new to hatching. We appreciate it all! Freshly Picked chicks has far surpassed my expectations in regards to quality and shipping of eggs. Ours are due to hatch on May 6th and I'm so excited to see our new babies. 😁 (1st time using GQF 1502 incubator.)

While the egg color is far from true blue, the eggs are a soft blue-green. They were packaged extremely well and all eggs were marked with a pencil. All of the eggs except 1 were fertile and started developing. I received 12 eggs so I am very happy with the fertility rate. Very good for shipped eggs!

They came in great condition, well packaged. I'm very happy!
